Established in the year 1980 in Bijapur city of Karnataka, V. P. Dr. P. G. Halakatti College of Engineering and Technology, BLDEA, is affiliated with Visvesvaraya Technical University (VTU), Belgaum and is authorized by the Government of Karnataka.
