Eligibility:

• Any graduate from UGC recognized university has to score a minimum of 50% marks (45% for SC/ST).
• Students currently in the final year of their graduation and expected to secure a minimum of 50% aggregate marks may also apply for the PGDM courses. The admission committee may give more weightage to higher marks in graduation
• For joining the Executive Batch, the applicant should have a minimum of 2 years of industry experience, as a full-time employee in a Company

 

Balaji Institute of Management and Human Resource Development Selection procedure:

 

• Entrance Examination: We accept CAT Exam Score to be held in November 2019. We also accept XAT/MAT/CMAT/MAH-CET scores, to be held from September 2019 to March 2020.
• Group: A group discussion will be conducted for a duration of 30-45 minutes per group where a panel of judges will assess the suitability of the candidates. This may include role play, case studies, and extempore speech.
• Personal Interview: This expert panel interview will assess the candidates on various parameters including the suitability of the candidate for a particular specialization
• Essay Writing: This is an integral part of the selection process where a candidate’s written communication skills will be assessed

 INTERNSHIP:
For a period of two months at the end of the first year of the course or as determined by the Institute, each student manager of Sri Balaji University, Pune, is required to undergo a highly practical focused Company Project Studies (CPS). The project in question must be specifically applicable to the company’s needs. In any good company in any part of the country, this can be carried out.

The institute offers placements under all MBA specializations. The placements are offered under two categories, summer placements, which is an 8-10 weeks summer internship program to provide students an industry exposure, and final placements, which are conducted through placement drives.
