Placement – 

At the end of Phase 1 IIT Bombay placements in 2023, the highest domestic and overseas package reportedly offered was INR 3.67 crore per year and INR 1.31 crore per year, respectively. Additionally, the average compensation package during the IIT Bombay placements in 2023 was INR 23.26 LPA.

In addition to this, at IIT Bombay placements 2023, a total of 1,648 offers were made, of which 1,431 offers were accepted. Phase 1 of the IIT Bombay placements 2023 saw 63 overseas offers accepted. Importantly, during the IIT Bombay placements 2023, 25 offers totaling more than INR 1 crore per year in package were accepted.

Admission – 

At the undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral levels, the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay provides more than 86 courses in the fields of engineering, technology, science, and management. Additionally, IIT Bombay provides online short-term certificate programmes including Object-oriented Programming and Programming Fundamentals. National entrance tests like the JEE Main, JEE Advanced, GATE, and others are used to determine admission to the UG, PG, and PhD programmes. The final selection of candidates will take into account the IIT Bombay cutoff. The NIRF 2022 Rankings also placed IIT Bombay at No. 3 in the “Overall” and “Engineering” categories.

Programme –
