Bal Gangadhar Tilak, the great reformer of social secularism, Shri. TheNavalmal Firodia Law College Dean of Marathi Literature, Gopal Ganesh Agarkar, Shri. General Library Rules of D.E.S’s Shri. Navalmal Firodia Law College:

The Library is available to D.E.S’s Shri. Navalmal Firodia Law College bonafide members.
Admission to the library is approved for the creation of a valid I.D. The card is given by the university.
Students are asked to sign the counter-kept Gate Register.
In the library, all written books, personal textbooks, other books, or books borrowed from other libraries are not permitted. They must be deposited on the counter of the house.
The property counter must be deposited with bags, briefcases, umbrellas, jerkins, and personal belongings. At the property counter, no valuables should be stored.
The library shall not be held responsible for loss or harm to personal property left on the premises.
It is appropriate to take back the property left at the counter on the same day.
Silence in the library should be preserved.
While leaving the library, members are expected to display their papers, file covers, and books to the staff on duty at the entrance.
Misuse of library resources can result in the library expelling the student.
The entry of newspapers, photography & video recording is forbidden in the library.
Eatables are not permitted in the library.
Maintenance of Infrastructure

Procedures and policies for maintaining and utilizing physical, academic, and support facilities of D.E.S’s Shri. Navalmal Firodia Law College are:

The IT department of the parent society, i.e., carries out maintenance of the computers in the Computer Lab as well as all computers in the D.E.S’s Shri. Navalmal Firodia Law College, the Internet, and Wi-Fi. Deccan Society for Education.
The provision of other physical facilities is performed by the college through the Parent Society’s estate department.
Measures such as annual pest control and annual stock verification are conducted for the management of library measures.
The college also has an annual maintenance arrangement with a library database maintenance service provider.
College building housekeeping workers have been outsourced for regular cleaning. The parent company has named a different member of staff for the regular care of the sports complex and auditorium.
Navalmal Firodia Law College development is made available to outside organizations and institutions for full use of college facilities whenever possible to perform competitive examinations. The library can be used by alumni and outsiders after taking prior permission from the Principal.

Admission:

A. LL.B. (Five-Year Course)

Eligibility:

(10+2) or its equivalent with 45% marks.
There shall be a relaxation of 5% marks in the case of SC/ST students.
Applicants who have received 10 + 2 or graduation / post-graduation directly without having any specific credentials for pursuing those studies in an open university system are NOT ELIGIBLE for admission to law courses.

Fees: ₹ 24,000 1st Year Fees

LLB. (Three-Year Course)

Eligibility:

A student who passes a Bachelor’s degree examination at any faculty of this University or any other UGC Accredited University with a minimum of 45 % marks.
In the case of SC / ST students, there will be a 5 percent relaxation mark.
Applicants who have earned 10 + 2 or graduation / post-graduation directly via an Open University system without any essential qualification to pursue such studies are NOT Qualified for admission to the law course.
