IIM Kozhikode – The Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, founded in 1996, is an old IIM and one of the best MBA colleges in India. Distinguishing Feature of IIMK

  • IIMKs are designed in such a way that they provide a conducive environment for effective learning.
  • All of the classrooms have Wi-Fi connectivity in addition to traditional LAN connectivity. A separate high-tech room also has cutting-edge ISDN and IP-based videoconferencing capabilities.
  • There are two auditoriums with seating capacities of approximately 250 and 400 people. They are used to hold seminars, conferences, cultural programs, student events, and other essential institute events.
  • The Institute has 19 well-designed hostels that can house approximately 1400 students. The hostel is within walking distance of the classrooms, computer center, student canteen, and all other facilities.
  • The hostel’s sports facilities include a table tennis room, a badminton court, two basketball courts, a football field, a volleyball court, and a well-equipped gymnasium. The standard rooms and music rooms have a variety of recreational facilities.

The Institute’s faculty consists of guests, adjuncts, and visiting and regular faculty members. The IIM Kozhikode IIRF Rankings 2023 have been released. The Institute came in sixth place. IIM Kozhikode dropped one spot in the NIRF Rankings 2022 to fifth place among India’s top 100 management colleges. The Economic Times ranked the institute 11th among India’s top 50 best Business Schools.

The National Institutes Ranking Framework (NIRF) is a ranking technique developed by the HRD Ministry of India to rank Indian institutes and universities based on various criteria. In 2022, IIM Kozhikode was ranked fifth, making it one of the top five MBA colleges in the country.
