Ukrainian Higher Education Center – is working since 1992 (since the independence of Ukraine) for recruitment of foreign Students to study at Ukrainian Universities and has enrolled more than 10,000 students from all over the world. Ukraine is the best platform for Ukrainian Higher Education among the Eastern/ Central European countries and in the whole world. Ukraine is among the first FIVE countries in the world where is the highest number of foreign students. In Ukraine, as in other developed countries, Ukrainian Higher Education is considered to be one of the main human values. Ukraine has inherited from the past, a very well-developed and multi-functional system of Ukrainian Higher Education.

The establishment of the national higher education system is based on new legislative and methodological grounds. It provides for an entirely new qualitative level of expert training, increases in academic and professional mobility of graduates, greater openness, democratic principles of teaching and raising the youth, and the accession of Ukrainian Higher Education Universities into the world community.

There are 315 Ukrainian Higher Education Institutions with the 4th (the highest) level of accreditation. Among them are academies and universities for medicine, engineering, economics, agriculture, arts, and all other fields.

We all know that admission to Medical, Engineering/ Technical, Aviation, and Economic Universities and Colleges has been tough all the time due to the competition of extraordinary high grades, inaccessible financial involvements, and the government’s awkward educational policies, but the number of students to study Medicine, Engineering, Aviation Business & many related programs to the contrary, is always increasing.

ADMISSION

STEP 1: HOW TO GET THE INVITATION LETTER

To get an invitation letter from any University of Ukraine we require the following documents:

Copy of International passport
Copy of High School Certificate
Copy of Bachelor’s Degree (if the student is applying for a Master’s degree)
Invitation charges 400 US$
Courier Charges 100 US$

You can send us the documents by email or by fax.

You can transfer payment to us via bank transfer or by western Union.

After receiving the documents and payment. we shall send you the invitation letter, admission letter, and visa support letter by courier.

STEP 2: VISA

After getting the invitation letter from UESUkraine, students should contact the nearest Ukrainian Embassy or Consulate.

Students can also contact our local representative office for visa information and they will assist students in their visa process. The student should apply to Ukrainian Embassy with the following documents:

Original Invitation letter
Original international passport (valid for one year at least)
completed and signed the Visa Application form
original school-leaving certificate of secondary school (college) record with an enclosed statement of results (transcript of marks received) and their copies legalized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of issuing country and its translation into the Ukrainian language;
original birth certificate and a copy legalized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of issuing country and its translation into the Ukrainian language;
Medical Certificate showing absence of Aids/HIV (translated into the Ukrainian language)
medical certificate of general fitness legalized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of issuing country and its translation into the Ukrainian language. A medical certificate is valid for TWO MONTHS, which means an applicant has to enroll in his/her institution within two months since the medical certificate was issued;
one colored photo 35 mm x 45 mm

STEP 3:ARRIVAL

After getting a visa from Ukrainian Embassy or Consulate, students should inform us about his/her flight details with the date and arrival time. One of our representatives shall receive the student at the airport. If case student does not inform us about his/her arrival, he/she will be deported back to the homeland
