Francis Xavier Engineering College also known as FXEC is a private, autonomous institution that was established in 2000 in Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu. It is approved with a “B” grade by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) and is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). The College also got permitted by using the National Board of Accreditation (NBA). FXEC is affiliated to Anna University.

As an autonomous Institution, it provides 23 courses across 3 streams. The programs include BE/BTech, ME/MTech, MCA, and MBA.

TNEA/ TANCET/ GATE are among the various entrance exams accepted by the institution.

Francis Xavier Engineering College, abbreviated as FXEC is a private engineering college which is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and NBA. The college offers degree programs majorly in engineering and technology.

Admissions of 65% of the available seats are filled via a single-window counseling process and the remaining 35% are filled through the Consortium of Self-Financing Professional Colleges of Tamil Nadu as per the guidelines issued by the State Government.
