B.Tech is offered in many specializations at the undergraduate level by the CITM. Students may have passed a 10+2 test with scores of at least 45 points. For Rajasthan state SC/ ST/ Non-creamy OBC layer candidates, the minimum required aggregate is 40 percent. As primary subjects and any optional subject from Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Computer Science/ Genetics, students should have learned Physics and Maths. Based on RPET assessment scores, admission to the B.Tech course is carried out. Applicants with a Diploma in Engineering are eligible for lateral entry by LEEP to B.Tech.

For BCA classes, students with a minimum of 48 percent marks should have passed 10+2 in either stream. There is a relaxation of 85 in the minimum required marks for SC/ ST/ OBC/ SBC applicants. On the basis of a merit list prepared by the college admissions committee, admission to the BCA course is carried out. Students who apply for admission to UG classes, viz. Via the college website, BTech and BCA may apply directly.

PG Admission

The college offers MCA, MBA, and MTech courses at the post-graduate level alongside undergraduate courses. For MCA enrollment, students with a minimum of 50 percent aggregate should have achieved graduation from an accredited university. Students belonging to the SC/ST/OBC group should have received an overall rating of at least 45%. Candidates should also have learned Maths at the 10+2 level as a required subject. This barrier exempts BCA graduates. MCA course admissions are carried out on the basis of RMCAAT test results.

For MBA classes, students from any accredited institution with at least 50 percent aggregate marks should have completed their graduation degree or equivalent. In the minimum required to aggregate, there is a relaxation of 5 percent for SC/ ST/ OBC candidates. Admission to the MBA course is carried out by state guidance on general seats and based on merit on seats in the management quota.

In addition to MCA and MBA, M, Technology in Computer Science is also supported by the institution. For this course students from either stream with at least 50 percent aggregate (45 percent for SC/ ST/ non-creamy OBC layer candidates) should have passed the B.Tech course.

CITM Application Process

  • For admission to the courses offered by the institution, students may apply online.
  • As the marks will be entered in the application process, students are encouraged to keep their class 10th, 12th, and graduation mark sheets handy.
  • Upon entering all the valid details, click the ‘Submit’ button.
  • If the admissions committee considers your nomination acceptable, the applicant will receive a call to appear for a personal interview round (if applicable).
  • Candidates must be available at the time of the interview with all the original documentation and passport-size images.
  • Since the final application list has been declared, chosen students have to pay the admission fee for their first year.

CITM Scholarship

The college provides its meritorious students with various government and non-government scholarships.

Sopan Scholarship: To help fulfill the dreams of bright students in the weaker section, the CITM has a link with Sopan NGO. This scholarship helps students with their tuition fees and hostel fees, but only for students in the SC/ST/OBC/BPL/SBC category. The scholarship is granted on the basis of marks in class 10 obtained by the student. There are various scholarships covered by this NGO:

By serving as a medium of contact between them the Preparation and Placement cell at CITM looks after the needs of students and hiring organizations. The Placement Cell introduces students to manufacturing conditions and helps students meet short-term career objectives. The Placement Cell provides students with knowledge of developmental practices in different fields of business.
